The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, 5+ years in manufacturing optimization, and proficiency with Lean, Six Sigma, Excel, and Minitab. Remote collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in industrial engineering focused on manufacturing optimization.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (certification preferred), and CI methodologies.
• Excel and Minitab for data analysis; process mapping software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and remote collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage small to mid-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies for process optimization using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Design and improve production layouts, workflows, and equipment utilization.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to drive decision-making and track performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions for optimized processes.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams through virtual communication channels.
• Conduct time studies and motion analyses to establish efficient work methods.
• Recommend and assist in the implementation of new technologies and automation solutions.
• Ensure alignment of process improvements with overall business objectives and quality standards.
• Prepare reports and presentations on process improvement initiatives and outcomes.
