Placements24 seeks a highly analytical Senior Industrial Engineer to join a fully remote, global team. You will lead data-driven process improvements, apply lean principles, and standardize operations across units to boost efficiency and reduce costs.

You will model and simulate production systems, monitor KPIs with Power BI/Excel, and collaborate with operations, quality, and management to implement sustainable changes.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma expertise and successful project delivery in industrial settings.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to model processes.
• Experience with simulation tools (Arena/AnyLogic) and SPC.
• Proven ability to drive cost reductions and efficiency improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex manufacturing and business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement lean principles and tools such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Design and simulate optimized workflows and production systems to enhance throughput and reduce waste.
• Utilize statistical analysis and data visualization tools to track KPIs and report progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Create and maintain documentation for process changes, SOPs, and training materials.
