Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and improvement projects.
• Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations excellence initiatives across manufacturing and business processes.
• Analyze complex data to identify root causes of inefficiencies and implement solutions.
• Design improved workflows, plant layouts, and material handling systems.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
