Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in industrial engineering with CI focus.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in process mapping and data analysis.
• Experience with statistical software or process simulation tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate CI projects using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Analyze production and processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve workflow and reduce cycle times.
• Conduct time and motion studies to optimize productivity.
