Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
7+ years of experience in industrial engineering with project leadership.
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), and Theory of Constraints.
Proficiency in statistical software, simulation tools, and ERP systems.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of large-scale process improvement projects across multiple departments.
Develop and refine operational strategies to maximize throughput, minimize costs, and enhance product quality.
Utilize advanced simulation and modeling tools to test and validate process changes.
