Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
5-7 years in industrial engineering focusing on manufacturing and production systems.
Experience in process design, optimization and lean manufacturing implementation.
Proficiency in simulation software and statistical analysis tools.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design, evaluate and improve manufacturing processes and systems to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies and tools (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
Oversee installation and commissioning of new production equipment and automation solutions.
Analyze production data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with production, quality and maintenance to meet operational goals.
Develop and maintain SOPs and training documentation for production personnel.
