Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of industrial engineers and technicians.
- Develop and implement long-term strategies for operational efficiency, cost reduction, and quality.
- Oversee the design and optimization of production systems, workflows, and facility layouts.
- Champion the adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in process design and implementation.
- Present project updates, findings, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
