Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in industrial engineering with a strong focus on operations management and process improvement.
• In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and supply chain optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in simulation software, statistical analysis tools, and project management software.
• Proven leadership capabilities and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills suitable for a hybrid work environment in Randburg.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
• Analyze complex operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement using statistical methods.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and improve quality.
