Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in manufacturing engineering with focus on process improvement and automation.
• Experience applying Lean/Six Sigma and SPC methodologies.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and automation tech (PLCs, robotics).
• Strong analytical, leadership and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and optimize manufacturing processes and lines to reduce costs and improve throughput.
• Design and oversee new equipment and automation solutions implementation.
• Conduct process capability studies and identify bottlenecks for corrective actions.
• Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions for manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with design engineering, quality, and supply chain for product realization.
