Placements24 is helping a rapidly growing e-commerce client fill a Senior HR Generalist role. This fully remote position supports teams across South Africa and drives employee relations, policy development, and talent management in a remote-first environment.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s in HR/Industrial Psychology (master's preferred) with 7+ years HR Generalist experience, strong SA labor law knowledge, and proven ability to shape HR strategies while maintaining company culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Industrial Psychology (Master's preferred).
• 7+ years in HR with a strong HR Generalist background.
• Deep knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in employee relations, policy development, and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Handle complex employee relations issues with fair, policy-based decisions.
• Develop and refine HR policies in line with laws and business needs.
• Lead talent management including performance, succession, and development.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding to ensure a positive experience.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning and data-driven insights.
• Drive engagement, DEI initiatives, and HR data analytics.
• Ensure compliance with SA labor laws and recruitment support.
• Advise on HR strategies and act as trusted HR advisor.
