The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in a generalist HR role, a solid understanding of SA labour law, and proficiency in HRIS and MS Office. You will manage confidential employee information, generate reports, and help drive performance management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IR, or a related field.
• 2–4 years in a generalist HR role.
• Solid knowledge of SA labour law.
• Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR department in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Maintain employee records and generate HR reports.
• Assist in administration of compensation and benefits.
• Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies.
• Facilitate performance management and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies.
• Screen CVs, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates.
• Coordinate training and development activities.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in HR matters.
