Placements24 in Benoni is seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to strengthen our clients’ HR team and support operations in Gauteng. You will lead employee relations, drive performance management cycles, and back talent development in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires at least 5 years in HR, strong knowledge of employment law and HRIS, and the ability to partner with managers to implement compliant policies and foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.

About the Role
