Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline.
• 5-7 years of progressive HR experience.
• In-depth knowledge of South African employment legislation and HR best practices.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior HR Officer to provide comprehensive HR support and expertise to their operations in Randburg . This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of HR best practices and South African labour law, who can effectively manage a range of HR functions. You will partner with management to implement HR strategies, support employee development, and ensure a compliant and positive work environment in the Gauteng region, with a mix of on-site and remote responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
