The role requires solid knowledge of HR operations, compliance with South African labor law, and strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks.

You will manage HRIS, payroll administration, and benefits processes, coordinate onboarding and exits, and provide timely HR reports to management.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' HR administration experience.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor laws.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive and confidential handling of information.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain employee records in the HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Administer HR policies and procedures across the organisation.
• Process onboarding paperwork and exits; manage new hire documentation.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Support recruitment by coordinating interviews and documentation.
• Respond to employee HR queries about policies and benefits.
• Generate HR reports (headcount, leave, metrics) for management.
• Ensure compliance with SA labor laws and company regulations.
• Assist in organising HR events and training sessions.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and team.
