• Strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and local payroll tax regulations.
• Manage employee data, including new hires, terminations, and changes to compensation or benefits.
• Administer employee benefits programs, such as retirement plans and health insurance contributions.
• Handle employee queries related to payroll, deductions, and reimbursements.
• Generate payroll reports for management and regulatory bodies.
