Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Senior Hotel Front Desk Agent for a luxury hotel in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. You will be the first point of contact, managing check-in/check-out, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a senior front desk role, excellent customer service and communication skills, and solid PMS experience. You will collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B to deliver exceptional service.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years in a senior/lead Front Desk role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with a Property Management System (PMS) is essential.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Professional and friendly demeanor with ability to multitask.

Mansioni

• Oversee all guest check-in/check-out processes accurately and efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests via phone, email, and in person with professionalism.
• Provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Process payments, post charges, and balance cash/credit receipts.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and support training of new staff.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B to ensure guest satisfaction.
