The role requires supervisory experience, exceptional guest service, strong organization, and fluency with PMS and MS Office. You will collaborate across departments to deliver memorable guest experiences and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a front desk or front office team.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with PMS systems and MS Office; flexible hours supporting shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the front desk team, providing guidance and training.
• Ensure a warm and efficient welcome, and smooth check-in/check-out.
• Manage guest reservations, inquiries and requests professionally.
• Handle billing accuracy at check-out and payment processing.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain front desk appearance and cleanliness.
• Enforce hotel policies at the front desk and assist with scheduling.
• Monitor guest feedback and drive service improvements.
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless service delivery.
