Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in front office operations, with 2+ years in supervision.
• Proven leadership in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with PMS and reservation systems.
• Knowledge of front desk procedures, yield strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Hospitality qualification is advantageous.
• Familiar with the Rustenburg market.
