• Excellent understanding of financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage all front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
