The role requires at least 5 years in restaurant management within fine dining, strong leadership, and a deep knowledge of wine and service protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fine dining.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a service team in a high‑demand setting.
• Excellent understanding of fine dining etiquette, service standards, and guest relations.
• Strong financial management skills, including P&L analysis, budgeting, and cost control.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee front‑of‑house operations to ensure service excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate the service team; maintain professional work environment.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and ongoing development.
