Placements24 seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Director for a prestigious group of fine dining restaurants in Paarl, Western Cape. You will oversee all F&B operations, set strategic direction, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across multiple properties.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in F&B leadership, strong financial acumen, and a passion for gastronomy. You will lead and mentor teams, optimize menus and costs, and drive profitability in a luxury environment.

Formación

• 10+ years in Food & Beverage management with 5+ years in a director or senior role.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and profitability in fine dining.
• Deep knowledge of culinary trends, beverage management and luxury service.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cost-control capabilities.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to mentor teams.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and manage all F&B operations across multiple properties.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost guest satisfaction and revenue.
