Job summary

NTT DATA in Johannesburg is seeking an experienced Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (L3) with deep Cisco networking, SD-WAN, ISE and Aruba expertise to support and optimise complex customer environments.

As a senior technical resource, you will resolve major incidents, drive service improvements, mentor junior engineers and contribute to network modernisation and security initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise networking or managed services.
• Hands-on with Cisco SD-WAN, ISE and Aruba networking.
• Experience leading major incidents and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain and optimise enterprise Cisco networks.
• Lead troubleshooting for outages and performance issues.
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers and drive service improvement.
• Support network transformation and security initiatives.
