Recruit-It is seeking an Networking Managed Services Engineer (L3) to lead high‑complexity tickets and drive root-cause analysis for client networks across South Africa. You will mentor juniors, write knowledge articles, and guide automation inputs to reduce manual tasks.

The role covers onsite support, vendor coordination, and disaster recovery testing to ensure SLA adherence. Candidates should have CCNP Enterprise, CWNA and CWDP credentials, strong Linux familiarity, and experience with

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in IT/Computing required.
• CCNP Enterprise and CWNA/CWDP credentials are highly regarded.
• Experience with enterprise WLAN, security, and incident response.

Responsabilidades

• Lead third-line support, analyze incidents, and drive root cause resolutions.
• Provide onsite field engineering, monitoring, and proactive maintenance.
• Create knowledge articles and train junior engineers.
• Coordinate with vendors, perform disaster recovery tests, and optimize processes.
• Ensure network security, documentation, and compliance with CAB changes.
