Job summary
NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Managed Services Engineer (L1) in South Africa to support, maintain and troubleshoot the organization's network infrastructure. You will gain hands-on experience with routers, switches, WLAN, firewalls and network monitoring tools while collaborating with senior engineers to ensure uptime, performance and security across the enterprise.

Qualifications
- Information Technology or related technical discipline is required.
- 2-5 years of IT or network support experience is preferred.
- CCNA or equivalent networking certification is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance and availability with management tools.
- Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, WLAN, and firewalls.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and escalate to senior engineers as needed.
- Maintain network diagrams and documentation.
- Support LAN, WLAN, and WAN environments.
- Assist with network deployment projects and office/site rollouts.
