NTT DATA in Cape Town seeks an experienced Technical Operations Manager to lead enterprise networking and observability services. The role oversees Cisco SD-WAN, Wireless, NETSCOUT, and analytics platforms, ensuring service availability, security, and customer satisfaction.

You will drive incident management, governance, and automation initiatives, while coordinating with clients, architects, and vendors to maintain high performance and compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree in IT/engineering or related field.
• ITIL v4 Foundation required.
• ITIL MP is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage operational leadership for enterprise networking and observability services.
• Ensure 24x7 monitoring, incident response, and service continuity.
• Drive continuous service improvement and governance in line with ITIL and client SLAs.
• Oversee dashboards, observability platforms, and data-driven improvement plans.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and engineering teams to meet business objectives.
