The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Educational Technology or related field, 6+ years of online education experience, and strong skills in Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Educational Technology or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in educational technology or instructional design, preferably online learning.
• Extensive experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) e.g. Moodle/Canvas/Blackboard.
• Strong understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE/SAM) and adult learning principles.
• Proficiency in multimedia development tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and remote training skills.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and implement technology-enhanced learning experiences and solutions.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to integrate educational technologies into online courses.
• Provide technical support and training to faculty and students on LMS and educational tools.
