Placements24 is seeking a Senior Digital Learning Specialist to design, develop and implement engaging online learning experiences in a remote-first environment. You will collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers and technology teams to shape the future of digital education and drive innovation across diverse audiences.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Education Technology or related field with 5+ years in digital learning design, and is proficient with Articulate Storyline and Adobe

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Education Technology, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in digital learning development and instructional design.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate) and LMS administration.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop innovative digital learning modules, courses, and curricula using various authoring tools.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex content into engaging online materials.
• Implement and manage LMS for delivery, tracking, and reporting of learning programs.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and recommend digital solutions.
• Evaluate effectiveness of programs through data analysis and learner feedback.
• Stay current with trends in digital learning and instructional design.
• Provide training and support to facilitators and learners on learning platforms.
• Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for digital learning initiatives.
