Job summary

Placements24 seeks a Senior Instructional Designer to join a distributed team delivering high‑quality, learner‑centered training for diverse audiences. You will design engaging e‑learning courses, blended programs, and multimedia assets, applying ADDIE/SAM and collaborating with SMEs to ensure clear objectives and impactful outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, a relevant degree, and proficiency with Storyline and Captivate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline; Adobe Captivate).
• Solid understanding of learning management systems (LMS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with remote teams.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses, ILT materials, and blended learning solutions.
• Apply ADDIE, SAM, and other instructional design models to create learner-centered experiences.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather content, define objectives, and ensure accuracy.
• Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, and multimedia elements.
• Manage multiple instructional design projects with timely delivery and quality output.
• Evaluate learning solutions and iterate based on feedback and data.
