The role requires a Master's in Educational Technology with 6+ years in the field, strong LMS and e-learning tool experience, and the ability to mentor a remote team across time zones. This is a strategic, impact-oriented position.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Educational Technology, Information Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in educational technology, instructional design, or IT support within an academic setting.
• Proven experience with LMS, e-learning authoring tools, and digital collaboration platforms.
• Strong understanding of pedagogical principles and how technology can enhance teaching and learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the institution's educational technology strategy and roadmap.
• Evaluate, recommend, and integrate new educational technologies and platforms.
• Provide training and ongoing support to faculty and staff on the effective use of educational technology tools.
• Design and develop engaging digital learning content and resources.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to educational software and hardware.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in educational technology and online learning.
