The role requires a Master’s degree in Educational Technology or related field, 6+ years in edtech, and strong LMS/CMS expertise. You will develop engaging content, provide training, and analyze usage data to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in educational technology, with a focus on digital learning environments.
• Proven expertise in LMS, CMS, and various educational software.
• Experience delivering online training and professional development.
• Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools (video editing, graphics, interactive modules).
• Strong understanding of pedagogical principles and digital learning.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement engaging digital learning environments and resources.
• Evaluate, select, and manage educational technology tools and platforms to meet learning objectives.
• Provide expert technical support, training, and professional development to educators on technology use.
• Create and curate high-quality digital educational content, including interactive modules, videos, and simulations.
