The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Educational Technology or related field, 6+ years of online education experience, and strong skills in Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Educational Technology or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in educational technology or instructional design, preferably online learning.
• Extensive experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) e.g. Moodle/Canvas/Blackboard.
• Strong understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE/SAM) and adult learning principles.
• Proficiency in multimedia development tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and remote training skills.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard) and various educational software and tools.
• Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
• Proficiency in multimedia development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support diverse users remotely.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote setting.
• Experience in developing accessible digital learning content (WCAG compliance).
