Qualifications

• Master's degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and developing e-learning courses.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and LMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive e-learning curricula.
• Create engaging multimedia content, assessments, and facilitator guides.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure accuracy and alignment with objectives.
• Manage end-to-end development lifecycle from needs analysis to deployment.
• Stay current with trends in e-learning and instructional design.
• Mentor junior instructional designers and content creators.
• Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) are met.
