Job summary

Placements24 seeks a Senior Educational Technology Specialist to lead online learning initiatives for a forward- thinking educational institution. This fully remote, permanent role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing innovative digital learning environments.

You will collaborate with faculty, deliver professional development, support LMS users, advance accessibility and data-informed insights, and help shape the technology roadmap to improve student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in education tech or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in an educational technology support or development role.
• Experience with major LMS platforms (Moodle/Blackboard/Canvas).
• Proficiency with authoring tools and video editing software.
• Strong pedagogical understanding for online learning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting on learning outcomes.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with SCORM and xAPI.
