Placements24 seeks an Educational Technology Specialist for a fully remote role to support faculty and students in using LMS and digital tools across departments. The position focuses on training, troubleshooting, and guiding digital learning initiatives.

You will develop user guides, deliver workshops, and collaborate with instructional designers to keep pace with ed‑tech trends, all within a flexible remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in educational technology support or integration.
• Proficiency with LMS (Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas) and common educational software.
• Strong technical troubleshooting across operating systems and devices.
• Excellent presentation, training, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop clear instructional materials.
• Experience working in a remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for educational technology tools and platforms (LMS, video conferencing, digital whiteboards).
• Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops for faculty, staff, and students.
• Create user guides, tutorials, and support documentation.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and faculty to integrate technology into curriculum design.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new educational technologies to enhance teaching and learning.
• Assist with the administration and maintenance of LMS and other key platforms.
