Placements24 is actively seeking a Remote Education Technology Specialist to enhance the integration of educational technologies in virtual learning environments. You will support educators and students by providing technical expertise, training, and resources to improve online teaching and learning.

The role centers on LMS, video conferencing, and collaboration tools, with responsibilities to develop trainings, troubleshoot issues, and evaluate new technologies in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in educational technology support or related role.
• Strong knowledge of LMS, video conferencing, and collaboration tools.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance on educational technology tools and platforms to faculty and staff.
• Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops on learning technologies.
• Troubleshoot issues related to online learning platforms, software, and hardware.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new educational technologies for better teaching and learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with IT and academic departments to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
• Create user-friendly documentation, guides, and FAQs for resources.
