HENSOLDT South Africa is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the development and execution of technical sales strategies across defence, aerospace, and technology sectors. You will drive growth by delivering engineering-led solutions and strengthening key client relationships worldwide.

You will collaborate with customers to understand their requirements, provide sales support, and work with internal teams to tailor offerings that maximise revenue and ensure long-term business success.

Qualificações

• Minimum technical diploma in electronics; ideally a degree in electronic engineering or similar.
• 5+ years in sales or project delivery within defence, aerospace, or technology sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting sales or delivery targets.

Responsabilidades

• Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and act as primary contact.
• Oversee end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Coordinate with engineering, product management, and marketing.
• Analyse market trends and provide insights for strategic decisions.
• Identify strategic partners and support route-to-market strategies.
