Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronic, Mechanical, Systems, or related field).
• Extensive applied experience in engineering, product development, or technical environments.
• Proven experience in product/component lifecycle management, product strategy input and roadmap development.
• Demonstrated experience in market analysis and interpretation of customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic inputs for product and component solutions by analysing market trends, industry developments, and end-user requirements to enable formulation and continuous improvement of Business Line strategies.
• Coordinate collaboration across internal stakeholders by aligning technical and strategic priorities with Business Line objectives to ensure integrated execution.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage external partners for strategic business growth initiatives to establish long-term partnerships.
• Monitor and report on business line performance and strategic initiatives through governance processes to support leadership decisions.
