Placements24 seeks a proactive Customer Success Manager in the Rustenburg, North West region within the mining technology sector. You will nurture key client relationships, ensure value realization, and advocate for the customer throughout the engagement.

The role blends strategic client engagement with in-office collaboration in a hybrid setup. You will monitor client health, drive adoption, conduct reviews, and collaborate with sales, product, and support to expand account value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles in B2B/industrial contexts.
• Understanding of mining industry or related industrial sectors in North West.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach and problem solving.
• Experience with CRM software and CS platforms.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of clients with prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders in Rustenburg.
• Monitor client health and engagement, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Onboard new clients; ensure smooth implementation and product understanding.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess evolving needs and value.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries, issues, and escalations with timely resolutions.
• Educate clients on new features, best practices, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support for seamless client experience.
• Translate client feedback into actionable insights for product/service improvements.
