Micromine in Johannesburg is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to partner with mining and exploration clients across the AMEE region. You will blend technology insight with strong customer engagement to maximise software value and strengthen long-term partnerships.

You will influence outcomes, build credibility with technical stakeholders, and collaborate with global teams to drive retention and growth in a market-leading mining software business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Earth sciences, mining or engineering.
• Experience in exploration, mining, or related environments is required.
• Strong knowledge of geology, exploration or mining software workflows.
• Proven ability to build credibility with technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills."
