Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in mining/engineering or technical sectors.
• Proven ability to source hard-to-find candidates and manage complex processes.
• Strong understanding of SA mining industry and talent needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for technical, operational, and managerial roles in mining.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from brief to onboarding.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships and understand strategic objectives.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate fit.
• Negotiate compensation and oversee offer process.
• Stay informed on industry trends and market intelligence.
• Contribute to business development and expanding client base.
• Mentor junior recruitment team members.
