Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of clients and driving retention.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders remotely.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and SaaS business models.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable client strategies.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fully remote work environment.
