Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate banking clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Identify and assess client needs for a wide range of banking products and services, including loans, trade finance, cash management, and treasury solutions.
• Conduct thorough credit analysis and prepare credit proposals for new facilities and credit limit renewals.
• Negotiate terms and conditions for banking facilities in line with bank policy and client requirements.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new corporate clients.
• Monitor client financial performance and market trends to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including credit, operations, and product specialists, to deliver seamless client service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional qualification is advantageous.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Proven track record in managing a portfolio of large corporate clients and achieving challenging financial targets.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, credit risk assessment, and financial statement analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of various banking products and services, including structured finance, trade finance, and cash management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
