Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of experience managing major civil infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in MS Project or Primavera P6 and site management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of construction operations for civil infrastructure projects.
• Develop and implement detailed construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and direct labor, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain high standards of quality workmanship and project delivery.
• Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reports on performance against plan.
