Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Pr. Eng with ECSA registration mandatory.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive civil engineering experience including leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and management for major civil projects.
• Oversee design, planning, and execution of complex infrastructure.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for profitability and timely delivery.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and mentor staff.
