• Demonstrated experience in managing large earthworks, road construction, or water infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and project management principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and site management tools.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and quality control effectively.
• Experience working in remote or challenging site conditions is a plus.
