Placements24 is seeking a Senior Consultant in Change Management and Transformation in Pretoria, Gauteng. You will guide organizations through significant change, ensuring adoption of new strategies, technologies, and structures while engaging employees and leaders.

The role requires 5+ years in change management or related consulting, with strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills. On-site in Pretoria with provincial travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Admin, HR, or related field. Master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in change management, organizational development, or related consulting roles.
• Experience with ADKAR or Kotter's 8-Step Process; strong stakeholder influence.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans for client organizations.
• Conduct change impact assessments to identify challenges and risks.
• Design and deliver communication and training programs to support change initiatives.
• Engage and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the change process.
• Facilitate workshops and focus groups to gather feedback and foster buy-in.
• Develop and track KPIs for change management effectiveness.
• Provide coaching to leadership and project teams on best practices.
• Analyze organizational culture and resistance points; develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers to align change efforts with project goals.
• Contribute to development of client change management methodologies.
