Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing large-scale change management plans.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to support client initiatives, such as technology implementations or organizational restructuring.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses to identify potential resistance and develop mitigation plans.
• Design and deliver engaging communication and training programs to ensure employee buy-in and understanding.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage employees and gather feedback throughout the change process.
• Assess the impact of change and measure its effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.
