Placements24 is seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant for our client in Vereeniging, Gauteng. You will design and drive change initiatives, engage stakeholders, and coach leaders through transitions.

The role emphasizes change strategies, communications, and training to ensure adoption across client organizations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in change management, with ADKAR/Kotter expertise, strong facilitation and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in change management or organizational development or related consulting field.
• Proven track record of delivering significant organizational change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ADKAR and Kotter methodologies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with stakeholder analysis, impact assessment and comms planning.
• Experience creating training materials and delivering sessions.
• Client-facing in Vereeniging, Gauteng.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust change management strategies and plans for clients.
• Conduct change impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Design and deliver effective communication plans to stakeholders.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and training sessions.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure intervention effectiveness.
• Collaborate with project teams and client leadership for alignment.
• Provide coaching and support to leaders and employees during change.
