Placements24 is seeking a Senior Management Consultant specializing in Change Management to guide Kimberley-based organizations through major transformations. You will design strategies, lead change initiatives, and mentor teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, communication excellence, and training program development, with travel to client sites in the Northern Cape. A master’s degree and 7+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• 7+ years in change management consulting or senior internal change leadership.
• Proven track record leading large-scale change initiatives in complex environments.
• Deep knowledge of ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel to Kimberley and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust change management strategies tailored to client needs.
• Conduct change impact assessments and develop communication plans.
• Develop and deliver training programs to support organizational change.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels to build buy-in and manage resistance.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.
• Advise senior leadership on best practices in change management and organizational development.
• Lead and mentor project teams focused on change implementation.
• Facilitate workshops and team-building activities to support transitions.
• Contribute to the firm's expertise in change management and organizational effectiveness.
