Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant in Vereeniging, Gauteng, to guide clients through major organizational changes and embed new ways of working. You will design and execute comprehensive change strategies, engage stakeholders at all levels, and drive adoption of new processes and structures.

The role requires 5–7 years in change management, a Master’s degree in a related field, and strong facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in change management consulting or internal change management roles.
• Proven experience leading and managing large-scale organizational change programs.
• Deep knowledge of ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process, and change methodologies.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust change management strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify resistance and engagement needs.
• Design and deliver communication and training programs to support organizational change.
• Engage with and influence key stakeholders across client organizations.
• Facilitate workshops to build consensus and support for change initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate change interventions and adjust as needed.
• Advise on organizational design, culture transformation, and employee engagement.
• Coach project teams and client personnel on change management best practices.
• Contribute to development of change management service offerings.
